Cultural competency and diversity training

Anthem is required to obtain data from both dentists and front office staff who have completed culturally sensitive and anti-bias training in 2024 to remain in compliance with Colorado Insurance Regulation 4-2-80. Please be on the lookout for an email from Anthem in the months ahead asking you to complete a survey that confirms this required training is complete.
