Revisions to physical and occupational therapy code reimbursement

In alignment with industry standards, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Connecticut periodically reviews and updates our reimbursement rates for all care providers. This ensures we continue to provide access to high-quality, affordable healthcare for our members.

After further evaluation of physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT) coding, we will pause the rate adjustment we previously communicated to providers originally effective October 1, 2024. We will follow up with more information soon.
