Provider manual updates

We update the provider manuals annually so that our care provider partners have the current information needed to work with us. The manual incorporates information for both professional and hospital/facility providers. The next update will be available June 1, 2025, and is effective September 1, 2025. 

To view the updated manual, visit provider website and select Connecticut. Under Resources, select Policies, Guidelines and Manuals. Scroll to the provider manual section and select Download the Manual. Open the link that offers to show the updated manual.
