Professional provider fee schedule notification

The Plan Compensation Schedule in your Provider Agreement identifies the rates received for covered services. Our Medicare Advantage Fee Schedule for professional provider agreements will be updated effective July 1, 2025.

These new rates will be based on a percentage of the 2025 rates established by CMS for professional providers. Please visit cms.gov for additional rate information or contact Provider Services with any questions about compensation.
