Behavioral health professional fee schedule update —evaluation and management

Anthem periodically reviews and updates its professional fee schedules.

Effective for dates of service on or after March 1, 2024, the rates for evaluation and management services performed by a behavioral health provider will be updated. The new fee schedule will be available for you to access at Availity.com. Please refer to this site or contact the Provider Call Center 800-922-3242 if you have any questions about compensation.

These changes will apply to Century 90 and Century Preferred programs (including PPO, EPO, CDHP products, and State Preferred); BlueCare Health Plan programs (including POE, POS, Prime, and State BlueCare); Pathway Small Group HMO and PPO; Pathway Individual HMO and PPO products, programs and benefit plans. Please note that these changes do not apply to MediBlue^SM HMO and PPO products, programs, and benefit plans.
