Drug fee schedule update

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) routinely revises the average sales price (ASP) fee schedules for drug pricing. CMS has issued the first quarter fee schedule effective January 1, 2023. This fee schedule went into effect for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield providers on February 1, 2023.
