Cultural competency and diversity training offered

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and our subsidiary company, HMO Colorado (Anthem), are writing to inform you of the following. We are required to obtain data on both clinical and front office staff that have completed culturally sensitive and anti-bias training in 2023, to remain in compliance with Regulation 4-2-80.

Anthem would like to remind you that we offer eLearning experiences. You can also type My Diverse Patients into your browser. The current continuing medical education (CME) course My Inclusive Practice - Improving Care for LGBTQIA+ Patients at mydiversepatients.com is offered to network providers and office staff.
