CMS drug fee schedule update effective August 1, 2025

On July 1, 2025, CMS released the third quarter drug fee schedule with average sales price (ASP). These updates will be effective with our health plans on August 1, 2025. To view the ASP fee schedule, please visit the CMS website at https://cms.gov/asp-pricing-files.
