What is Alerts Hub?
Alerts Hub is an application available through Availity on Payer Spaces that helps you quickly identify patients who need follow-up care after hospital discharge. Using dynamic filters, you can identify patients based on discharge characteristics for actionable treatment.
Use Alerts Hub to:
- Filter by event (admission, discharge, transfer).
- Highlight discharges for follow-up care.
- Sort by discharge type.
