Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) values the relationship we have with our providers, and we always look for opportunities to help expedite the claim processing. When a Federal Employee visits the provider office, the provider should obtain the most current medical insurance information, which will help to establish the primary carrier and will alleviate claim denials and support accurate billing.
