No-cost, unlimited LiveHealth Online medical and psychology visits during the California state of emergency
We want our members, residents, and emergency personnel affected by the natural disaster to know that Anthem is here to help.
Don’t risk traveling — Get care at home. If you need care for common conditions that don’t require an in-person visit, you can see a doctor from home with a virtual visit using LiveHealth Online.
Access LiveHealth Online, our 24/7 telehealth service, via the LiveHealth Online app and website at https://www.livehealthonline.com. LiveHealth Online offers video visits with U.S.-based board-certified doctors on a mobile device or computer from anywhere for nonemergency health conditions. If a prescription is written, have it sent to your local pharmacy.
Anyone in Kern County who downloads the mobile app or visits https://www.livehealthonline.com and registers will be able to visit with a doctor at no charge. The no-cost visit offer will be available through 8/31/2024.
